ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О повторном рассмотрении Федерального закона "О целевой выплате" Рассмотрев повторно Федеральный закон "О целевой выплате", принятый Государственной Думой 12 марта 1999 года и отклоненный Советом Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации 31 марта 1999 года, в соответствии со статьей 105 (часть 5) Конституции Российской Федерации Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Принять Федеральный закон "О целевой выплате" в ранее принятой редакции. 2. Направить указанный Федеральный закон Президенту Российской Федерации. 3.
