ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Федеральном законе "Об обращении с радиоактивными отходами" (проект N 94700263-1) В связи с отклонением Президентом Российской Федерации (письмо от 27 декабря 1995 года N Пр-1883) Федерального закона "Об обращении с радиоактивными отходами" (проект N 94700263-1), принятого Государственной Думой 24 ноября 1995 года, учитывая предложения комиссии, Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Снять Федеральный закон "Об обращении с радиоактивными отходами" (проект N 94700263-1) с дальнейшего рассмотрения Государственной Думой. 2. Направить настоящее Постановление Президенту Российской Федерации и в Совет Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия.
