О Постановлении Президиума Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации от 04.06.2002 N 12037/01 П И С Ь М О МИНИСТЕРСТВО РФ ПО НАЛОГАМ И СБОРАМ 23 июля 2002 г. N ШС-6-14/1059 Министерство Российской Федерации по налогам и сборам направляет для сведения и использования в работе Постановление Президиума Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации от 04.06.02 N 12037/01, в соответствии с которым малые предприятия, выполняющие ремонтностроительные работы, в первые два года работы не уплачивают налог на прибыль от их осуществления, если выручка от этих видов деятельности превышает 70 процентов общей суммы выручки от реализации продукции (работ, услуг).
