УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О мерах в связи с принятием резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1552 от 27 июля 2004 г. В связи с принятием резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1552 от 27 июля 2004 г. постановляю: 1. Всем государственным учреждениям, промышленным, торговым, транспортным и другим предприятиям, фирмам, банкам, организациям, иным юридическим и физическим лицам, находящимся под юрисдикцией Российской Федерации, в своей деятельности исходить из того, что действие мер, предусмотренных пунктом 1 Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 21 сентября 2003 г. № 1097 "О мерах по выполнению резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1493 от 28 июля 2003 г." в отношении Демократической Республики Конго, продлевается на период до 31 июля 2005 г. 2. Федеральным органам исполнительной власти обеспечить в пределах своей компетенции реализацию пункта 1 настоящего Указа.
