ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 17 ноября 2005 г. N 1948-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Ставропольской городской Думы (Ставропольский край) и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с ФСБ России, о безвозмездной передаче в федеральную собственность находящихся в муниципальной собственности г. Ставрополя объектов, расположенных в г. Ставрополе, согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с ФСБ России и органом местного самоуправления г. Ставрополя обеспечить в установленном порядке принятие указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в федеральную собственность. 3. Закрепить указанные в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекты за Управлением ФСБ России по Ставропольскому краю на праве оперативного управления.
