ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 14 марта 2016 г. № 427-р МОСКВА 1. Передать безвозмездно из федеральной собственности в муниципальную собственность Чеховского муниципального района Московской области объект незавершенного строительства площадью 14900 кв. метров, расположенный в г. Чехове (Чеховский район Московской области), ул. Московская, мкр-н № 5, с кадастровым номером 50:31:0040402:237. 2. Росимуществу совместно с Главным управлением специальных программ Президента Российской Федерации осуществить в установленном порядке передачу имущества, указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в муниципальную собственность.
