The Russian Government accepts the Health Ministry’s proposals to appoint Dmitrieva T.B. as Russia’s representative on the WHO Executive Committee for January–May 1997, relieve Tsaregorodtsev A.D. from those duties, and send Dmitrieva T.B. to Switzerland for a WHO meeting from 13 to 17 January 1997.
