ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 21 апреля 1994 г. N 517-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Госкомимущества России и Роскоммаша о закреплении 38 процентов акций АО "НИИхиммаш" (г. Москва) в федеральной собственности сроком на три года. 2. Установить, что представителя Российской Федерации для осуществления полномочий собственника на собраниях акционеров и в совете директоров АО "НИИхиммаш" назначает Госкомимущество России по представлению Роскоммаша. 3.
