ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 27 февраля 2025 г. № 238 МОСКВА О внесении изменения в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 июня 2021 г. № 1097 Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: Пункт 5 постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 июня 2021 г. № 1097 "О федеральном государственном ветеринарном контроле (надзоре)" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2021, № 28, ст. 5527; 2022, № 36, ст. 6227; 2024, № 1, ст. 169) изложить в следующей редакции: "5. Настоящее постановление вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования. Подпункт "б" пункта 3 Положения, утвержденного настоящим постановлением, действует до 1 сентября 2026 г.".
