ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 25 мая 2005 г. N 649-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Земского собрания Перевозского района Нижегородской области и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минсельхозом России, правительством Нижегородской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Перевозская семеноводческая станция", о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность Перевозского района Нижегородской области относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, расположенных в г. Перевозе (Нижегородская область), согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с Россельхозом и администрацией Перевозского района Нижегородской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Перевозская семеноводческая станция" указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
