УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О мерах в связи с принятием резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1546 от 8 июня 2004 г. В связи с принятием резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1546 от 8 июня 2004 г. постановляю: 1. Всем государственным учреждениям, промышленным, торговым, транспортным и другим предприятиям, фирмам, банкам, организациям, иным юридическим и физическим лицам, находящимся под юрисдикцией Российской Федерации, в своей деятельности исходить из того, что с 8 июня 2004 г. запрет на продажу или поставку Ираку оружия и соответствующего военного имущества, введенный предыдущими резолюциями Совета Безопасности ООН, не распространяется на оружие и имущество, необходимое Временному правительству Ирака или многонациональным силам для достижения целей резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1546 от 8 июня 2004 г. 2. Федеральным органам исполнительной власти обеспечить в пределах своей компетенции реализацию пункта 1 настоящего Указа.
