РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 25 1 Федерального закона "Об охране озера Байкал" Принят Государственной Думой 26 мая 2021 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 2 июня 2021 года Внести в статью 25 1 Федерального закона от 1 мая 1999 года № 94-ФЗ "Об охране озера Байкал" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1999, № 18, ст. 2220; 2020, № 31, ст. 5013) изменение, дополнив ее пунктом 4 следующего содержания: "4. В случае установления документами территориального планирования границ населенных пунктов, образуемых из вахтовых и иных временных поселков, созданных до 1 января 2007 года в границах земель лесного фонда для заготовки древесины, при условии расположения таких населенных пунктов вне границ особо охраняемых природных территорий положения подпункта 2 пункта 1 статьи 11 настоящего Федерального закона не применяются.".
