УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об увековечении памяти А.И.Солженицына Отмечая выдающийся вклад А.И.Солженицына в отечественную культуру и признавая непреходящее значение его творчества, постановляю: 1. Правительству Российской Федерации учредить начиная с 2009 года персональные стипендии имени А.И.Солженицына для студентов высших учебных заведений Российской Федерации и определить порядок их назначения. 2. Рекомендовать правительству Москвы присвоить имя А.И.Солженицына одной из улиц г. Москвы. 3. Рекомендовать правительству Ставропольского края и администрации Ростовской области осуществить меры по увековечению памяти А.И.Солженицына в г. Кисловодске и г. Ростове-на-Дону. 4. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации Д.Медведев Москва, Кремль 6 августа 2008 года № 1187
