ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 27 мая 2002 г. N 708-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение правительства Москвы и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минтрансом России и государственным унитарным предприятием "Специализированное эксплуатационное управление по обслуживанию Федеральной службы воздушного транспорта России", о безвозмездной передаче в государственную собственность г. Москвы относящихся к федеральной собственности жилых домов, находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия, расположенных в г. Москве, ул. Викторенко, д. 6 и 8. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с правительством Москвы обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу государственным унитарным предприятием "Специализированное эксплуатационное управление по обслуживанию Федеральной службы воздушного транспорта России" в государственную собственность г. Москвы объектов, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, с момента их передачи осуществляет принимающая сторона.
