СОВЕТ МИНИСТРОВ - ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 23 июня 1993 г. N 1118-р г. Москва 1. Согласиться с предложением Госкомимущества России и трудового коллектива Московского машиностроительного производственного объединения имени В. В. Чернышева о приватизации этого объединения. 2. Закрепить 50 процентов акций плюс одну акцию создаваемого акционерного общества в федеральной собственности сроком на 3 года. 3. Госкомимуществу России провести приватизацию Московского машиностроительного производственного объединения имени В. В. Чернышева в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
