ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 23 апреля 2003 г. N 447 О внесении изменений в приказ ГТК России от 06.11.2002 N 1175 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 8 мая 2003 г. Регистрационный N 4515 В целях совершенствования производства таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля товаров и транспортных средств приказываю: 1. Исключить п. 17 Положения о местах таможенного оформления товаров, ввозимых на таможенную территорию Российской Федерации и вывозимых с таможенной территории Российской Федерации (далее - Положение), утвержденного приказом ГТК России от 6.11.2002 N 1175 "О местах таможенного оформления товаров" (зарегистрирован Минюстом России 26.11.2002, регистрационный N 3949), пункты 18-24 Положения считать 17-23 соответственно. 2. Первому заместителю председателя ГТК России Л.А.Лозбенко осуществлять контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа. ______________
