This order cancels items 2 and 3 of a prior customs committee order on duty-free shops.

ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 28 февраля 1997 г. N 90 Об отмене пунктов 2, 3 приказа ГТК России от 9 июня 1994 г. N 256 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 2 апреля 1997 г. Регистрационный N 1283 Основываясь на принятых в международной практике принципах функционирования магазинов беспошлинной торговли и в целях упорядочения осуществления таможенного контроля и таможенного оформления товаров, помещаемых под таможенный режим магазина беспошлинной торговли на таможенной территории Российской Федерации, приказываю: Считать утратившими силу пункты 2 и 3 приказа ГТК России "Об утверждении Положения о магазинах беспошлинной торговли" от 9.06.94 N 256 (зарегистрировано Минюстом России 8.07.94, регистрационный N 625).
