ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 23 марта 2002 г. N 352-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение администрации г. Колы (Мурманская область) и Минимущества России, согласованное с Госстроем России, администрацией Мурманской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Мурманский специализированный трест автодорожного строительства" (г. Мурманск), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Колы относящегося к федеральной собственности находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объекта коммунально-бытового назначения - здания общежития, расположенного в г. Коле, ул. Красноармейская, N 21. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с администрацией г. Колы обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Мурманский специализированный трест автодорожного строительства" указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекта в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование в 2002 году расходов на содержание объекта, передаваемого в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, осуществляет передающая сторона.
