СОВЕТ МИНИСТРОВ РСФСР ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 11 августа 1990 г. № 297 О внесении отдельных изменений в постановление Совета Министров РСФСР от 28 июня 1985 г. № 273 Совет Министров РСФСР постановляет: Признать утратившими силу абзацы второй и третий пункта 9 Постановления Совета Министров РСФСР от 28 июня 1985 г. № 273 "О мерах по преодолению пьянства и алкоголизма, искоренению самогоноварения". Довести до сведения, что Совет Министров СССР Постановлением от 24 июля 1990 г. № 724 признал утратившими силу пункт 14 и абзац четвертый пункта 15 в части продажи винно-водочных изделий в рабочие дни Постановления Совета Министров СССР от 7 мая 1985 г. № 410 "О мерах по преодолению пьянства и алкоголизма, искоренению самогоноварения" (соответственно пункт 13 и абзац шестой пункта 14 Постановления Совета Министров РСФСР от 28 июня 1985 г. № 273).
