ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 14 марта 2002 г. N 302-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Старорусской Думы Новгородской области и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России, администрацией Новгородской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "123 авиационный ремонтный завод" Минобороны России, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Старая Русса и Старорусского района Новгородской области относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов социально-культурного и коммунально-бытового назначения, расположенных в г. Старая Русса и пос. Средняя Ловать Новгородской области, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минобороны России и органом местного самоуправления г. Старая Русса и Старорусского района Новгородской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "123 авиационный ремонтный завод" указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, в 2002 году осуществляет принимающая сторона за счет средств местного бюджета.
