Article 2: Repealing of inconsistent provisions Article 2: Dispositions abrogatoires All regulatory provisions inconsistent with this Regulation, especially Article 5 of Regulation Nº 07/2011 on foreign exchange exposure limit, are hereby repealed. Toutes les dispositions règlementaires contraires au présent Règlement, spécialement l’Article 5 du Règlement N° 07/2011 relatif à la position nette de change sont abrogées.

The foreign exchange risk exposure limit in any single currency, irrespective of short or long position, shall be determined by the individual bank provided that it remains in the limit set in the Central Bank Directive.
