The Minister may increase or decrease the number of organs mentioned in Paragraph One of this Article whenever necessary. In case a member of the Committee or of the Bureau ceases his/her functions, the Organ he/she was representing shall appoint another member to replace him/her. Iterana iyo nibura bibiri bya gatatu (2/3) by’abayigize bitabiriye inama. Article 9: Meetings of the Committee Article 9: Réunions du Comité The Committee shall hold its meeting once (1) in a quarter and whenever considered necessary. It shall meet if at least two thirds (2/3) of its members are present. Le comité se réunit une (1) fois par trimestre et toutes les fois qu’il s’avère nécessaire. Meetings of the Committee shall be convened by the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson in case the chairperson is absent.
