This article states the inviolability of the human body. This article states that the human body or its products must not be sold or priced. The human body is inviolable, and consent is required before treatment except for urgent treatment when the person cannot consent. Selling human organs and body products is prohibited, with a narrow exception for willingly donated blood components under ministerial rules. Removing a human body organ or other body product from a person with a disease that may harm the donor or recipient is an offense.
