Article 6 of Law nº 19/2008 of 14/07/2008 on characteristics and ceremonial of the national Anthem as modified and complemented to date, only the first and the last verse of the national Anthem shall be sung during international events in which Rwanda participates and in course of which is necessary to sing the national Anthem. description caractéristiques, Sous réserve des dispositions de l’alinéa premier de l’article 6 de la Loi nº 19/2008 du 14/07/2008 portant et cérémonial de l’Hymne National telle que modifiée et complétée à ce jour, seuls le premier et le dernier couplet de l’Hymne national sont chantés en cas d’événements internationaux auxquels le Rwanda participe et auxquelles il s’avère nécessaire de chanter l’hymne national.
