This Order determines the cost of the National Flag and the place of acquisition. Le présent arrêté détermine le coût du Drapeau National et le lieu d‟acquisition.

Ikiguzi cy‟Ibendera rifite ingero za cm 195 z‟uburebure na cm 130 z‟ubugari n‟inshunda z‟umuhondo gishyizwe ku ibihumbi y‟u Rwanda mafaranga makumyabiri na bitanu ( 25.000 frw); 3. Ikiguzi cy‟Ibendera ritoya ry‟Igihugu rifite ingero za cm 30 z‟uburebure na cm 20 z‟ubugari gishyizwe ku mafaranga y‟u Rwanda ibihumbi cumi na bitanu (15.000 frw) ; 4. Ikiguzi cy‟Ibendera rifite ingero za cm 225 z‟uburebure na cm 150 z‟ubugari nta z‟umuhondo gishyizwe ku nshunda mafaranga ibihumbi makumyabiri na bitanu (25.000 frw); 5. Ikiguzi cy‟Ibendera ry‟Igihugu rikozwe mu buryo bw‟umudari gishyizwe ku mafaranga y‟u Rwanda ibihumbi bitatu (3.000 frw). y‟u Rwanda 1. The cost of the flag with 195 cm long and 130 cm large without yellow strands is fixed at thirty thousand Rwanda francs (RwF 30,000); 1. Le coût du drapeau mesurant 195 cm de longueur et 130 cm de largeur sans franges jaunes est fixé à trente mille francs rwandais (30.000 frw); 2. The cost of the flag with 195 cm long and 130 cm large with yellow strands is fixed at Rwanda francs twenty-five thousand (RwF 25,000); 2. Le coût du drapeau mesurant 195 cm de longueur et 130 cm de largeur orné de franges jaunes est fixé à Vingt-cinq mille francs rwandais (25.000 frw); 3. The cost of the small national flag with 30 cm long and 20 cm large is fixed at fifteen thousand Rwanda francs (RwF 15,000) ; 3. Le coût du drapeau national de petit format mesurant30 cm de longueur et 20 cm de largeur est fixé à quinze mille francs rwandais (15.000 frw) ; 4. The cost of the flag with 225 cm long and 150 cm large without yellow strands is fixed at twenty-five thousand Rwanda francs (RwF 25.000); 4. Le coût du drapeau mesurant 225 cm de longueur et 150 cm de largeur sans franges jaunes est fixé à vingt cinq mille francs rwandais (25.000 frw); 5. The cost of the national flag designed as a medal is fixed at Rwanda francs three thousand (RwF 3,000). 5. Le coût du drapeau national présenté sous forme de médaille est fixé à trois mille francs rwandais (3.000 frw). The national flag shall be bought from the Ministry in charge of Local Government and from any other person authorised by this Ministry. Le drapeau national s‟acquiert auprès du Ministère ayant l‟Administration Locale dans ses attributions ou auprès de toute personne à qui il a conféré ce pouvoir.
