The national driving license shall be a credit card style with the photo that appears in light pink background colored. It is made out of waterproof synthetic material called "teslin ®" glazed by a layer out of transparent laminator. Il est fabriqué en carton synthétique imperméable dit "teslin ®" protégé par une couche en plastique transparent.

Beside is an oval shape in which appear rays of the sun having twenty four (24) strokes. This circle shall have forty large seven millimeters (47 mm) diameter and thirty eight point seven five millimeters (38.75 mm) in small diameter. At the right side of the circle is the reduced ghost photo of the holder of the national driving license; in 3° du côté gauche de la ligne figure la photo du détenteur du permis se trouvant dans une figure ovale placée à la verticale de couleur à tendance blanche.
