Resignation of a member of the Committee is submitted to the Minister in charge of health through a registered letter or hand-delivery with acknowledgment of receipt or through an electronic mail. La démission d’un membre de la Commission est adressée au Ministre ayant la santé dans ses attributions par lettre recommandée ou remise en mains avec accusé de réception ou par un courrier électronique. If a period of thirty (30) days, counted from the date when the Minister has received the letter or electronic mail notifying a resignation, elapse with no response to the applicant, his or her resignation is considered as accepted. Si le délai de trente (30) jours, comptés à partir de la date à laquelle le Ministre a reçu la lettre ou la le courrier électronique notifiant démission, passe sans réponse au demandeur, sa démission est réputée acceptée.

In case a member of the Committee loses membership, the Minister in charge of health replaces him or her in a period not exceeding six (6) months from the date when he or she lost membership. Lorsqu’un membre de la Commission perd la qualité de membre, le Ministre ayant la santé dans ses attributions le fait remplacer dans un délai n’excédant pas six (6) mois à partir de la date à laquelle il a perdu la qualité de membre.

In case of his or her absence, the minutes are drawn up by another Committee member designated by the Chairperson of the meeting. The President or Vice President of the Committee submits signed minutes of the meeting to the Minister in charge of health and gives a copy to the President of Rwanda Demobilization Reintegration and Commission. Rwanda Demobilization and Reintegration Commission facilitates transport for members of the Committee while performing their the responsibilities as provided for by provisions of this Order and provides them the sitting allowances determined by its Council of Commissioners. La Commission Nationale de Démobilisation et de Réintégration facilite le transport pour les membres de la Commission lors de l’exercice de leurs attributions telles que prévues par le présent arrêté et leur donne des jetons de présence déterminés par son Conseil des Commissaires.
