This article says the Order sets the badges of the Rwanda National Police for the flag, ranks, and logo. Police officers must be identifiable by a service card issued by the Inspector General of Police, and by wearing a uniform and rank insignia. The Rwanda National Police badges, ranks, flag, and logo are set out in the Annex to this Order. Police officers’ rank badges must be embroidered on light blue slide-on epaulettes. Ranks must be worn on both shoulders by Officers, and on the right arm by Non Commissioned Officers and Police Constables.
