Article 6 of Law n° 37/2016 of 08/09/2016 determining jurisdiction, organisation, competence and functioning of an Abunzi Committee is amended as follows: L’article 6 de la Loi n° 37/2016 du 08/09/2016 déterminant l’organisation, ressort, compétence et fonctionnement du Comité d’Abunzi est modifié comme suit: “At the Cell and Sector levels, the Abunzi Committee is comprised of seven (7) persons of integrity who reside in the Cell and Sector respectively and well known for their conciliation skills. «Au niveau de la Cellule et du Secteur, le Comité d’Abunzi est composé de sept (7) personnes intègres qui résident respectivement dans la Cellule et dans le Secteur et qui sont reconnues pour leur aptitude à concilier. Abagize Komite y’Abunzi batorerwa manda y’imyaka itanu (5) ishobora kongerwa. Members of Abunzi Committee are elected for a renewable term of office of five (5) years.
