Article 21 bis is inserted to read as follows: Dans la Loi n° 017/2020 du 07/10/2020 portant statut général régissant les agents de l’État, il est inséré l’article 21 bis libellé comme suit: “Ingingo ya 21 bis: Ikiruhuko cyo kubyara “Article 21 bis: Maternity leave “Article 21 bis: Congé de maternité Umukozi wa Leta w’umugore wabyaye afite uburenganzira ku kiruhuko cyo kubyara kingana n’ibyumweru cumi na bibiri (12) bikurikirana birimo ibyumweru bibiri (2) ashobora gufata mbere yo kubyara.
