Ingingo ya 63 y’Itegeko n° 13 bis/2009 ryo ku wa 16/06/2009 rigena Inshingano, Imiterere n’Imikorere by’Urwego rw’Igihugu rushinzwe Intwari z’Igihugu, Imidari n’Impeta by’Ishimwe ihinduwe kandi yujujwe ku buryo bukurikira: the Article 63 of Law nº 13 bis/2009 of 16/06/2009 determining responsibilities, structure and functioning of the Chancellery for Heroes, National Orders and Decorations of Honour is modified and complemented as follows: L’article 63 de la Loi nº 13 bis/2009 du 16/06/2009 portant attributions, structure et fonctionnement de la Chancellerie des Héros, des Ordres Nationaux et des Décorations Honorifiques est modifié et complété comme suit: “Iyo Inteko y’Urwego isanze uwahawe umudari w’ishimwe yarashyizwe mu rwego atari akwiye kubamo, ahindurirwa urwego”. “Where the Council of the Chancellery notes that the recipient of a national order was classified in a wrong category, the category is changed”. «Lorsque le Conseil de la Chancellerie constate que le récipiendaire de l’ordre national a été classé dans la catégorie qui ne convient pas, il change sa catégorie ».
