This Order establishes a list of diseases which a person willing to donate or receive an organ or a tissue of human body must undergo for a medical test. Le présent arrêté etablit la liste des maladies dont le dépistage est obligatoire pour tout donneur ou receveur d’organes ou de tissus du corps humain.

The list of diseases which a person willing to donate or receive an organ or tissue of human body shall be updated every two (2) years. La liste des maladies dont le dépistage est obligatoire pour tout donneur ou receveur d’organes ou de tissus du corps humain est mise à jour tous les deux (2) ans.
