A smoking area is one which does not permit access to people under the age of eighteen (18) and is clearly marked as smoking area. Une zone réservée aux fumeurs est celui dont l'accès aux personnes de moins de dix-huit (18) ans est interdit et est clairement marqué comme zone fumeurs.

Ce texte doit recouvrir 60 % de l‟enseigne; 3° in addition, the words mentioned in 2º must bear a no smoking sign of a cigarette in a red circle with a red line passing through a cigarette diagonally from top left to bottom right annexed to this Order. 3° le libellé prévu au point 2º doit en plus être accompagné d‟un signe non fumeur représentant une cigarette à l‟intérieur d‟un cercle rouge avec une ligne rouge traversant la cigarette en diagonale, de gauche à droite, annexé au présent arrêté.
