About this statute

This article establishes the Rwanda Management Institute (RMI) and says it has legal personality plus administrative and financial autonomy. RMI’s head office must be at Murambi in Muhanga District, and it may move elsewhere in Rwanda if necessary. RMI has a listed set of missions, including training, capacity-building, certification, consulting, research, advice, other related activities, and collaboration.
