Article 7: Consideration of decisions taken by the District Council Article 7: Examen des décisions prises par le Conseil de District 3 Official Gazette nº 19 of 13/05/2013 Article 7: Consideration of decisions taken by the District Council Article 7: Examen des décisions prises par le Conseil de District The Governor of Province shall consider decisions taken by the District Council but shall not countermand them unless they are contrary to the laws and general regulations governing the Country. Le Gouverneur de Province examine les décisions prises par le Conseil de District mais ne peut les contredire à moins que ces décisions lois et soient contraires aux règlements généraux régissant le pays. Once seven (7) days have elapsed without having given his/her opinion, such decisions shall be applied as such. Ingingo ya 8: Inama ihuza Guverineri, Komite Nyobozi na Biro y’Inama Njyanama by’Akarere Article 8: Meeting bringing together the Governor, the Executive Committee and the Bureau of the District Council 8 : Réunion Article Gouverneur, Bureau du Conseil de District le Comité Exécutif et regroupant le le Ingingo ya 8: Inama ihuza Guverineri, Komite Nyobozi na Biro y’Inama Njyanama by’Akarere Article 8: Meeting bringing together the Governor, the Executive Committee and the Bureau of the District Council 8: Réunion Article Gouverneur, Bureau du Conseil de District le Comité Exécutif et regroupant le le Inama ihuza Guverineri, Komite Nyobozi na Biro y’Inama Njyanama by’Akarere ibera mu Karere, ikayoborwa na Guverineri kandi Umunyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa w’ako Karere akayibera umwanditsi. The meeting bringing together the Governor, the Executive Committee and the Bureau of the District Council shall take place in the District and be presided over by the Governor while the Executive Secretary of that District shall serve as its rapporteur. Such a meeting shall be held once every six (6) months and whenever necessary.
