(t) “umuhuzabikorwa w’itora” bivuga umuntu ushinzwe kuyobora no guhuza ibikorwa by’amatora kuri buri rwego, ushyirwaho na Komisiyo; (t) “electoral coordinator” means a person in charge of the organisation election and activities at each level, appointed by the Commission; (v) “umuseseri” ushinzwe cyumba cy’itora; bivuga umuntu imirimo y’itora mu (v) “assessor” means a person in charge of electoral activities in a polling room; (v) « assesseur » signifie une personne chargée des activités électorales dans une salle de vote ; et d’idées (w) « formation politique » signifie une organisation de Rwandais reconnue par la loi réunis par une communauté de conviction commune, quant à la vision de promouvoir le bien-être social de tous les citoyens et le développement du pays, avec objectif d’accéder au pouvoir par la voie pacifique et démocratique pour pouvoir mettre en pratique ces idées et cette conviction ;
