Statute overview

About this statute

This Order states that it sets the ways the State facilitates necessary travel for persons with disabilities within the country. This provision defines “necessary travel” for a person with disability in the first or second category. A needy person with disability in the first and second categories does not have to pay transportation fares on State-owned public transport vehicles. People with disabilities in the first and second categories must get a special card from authorized organs to use free transport on state-owned public transport vehicles, and the benefit applies only for necessary travel. Public transport vehicle owners must reserve seats and entrance access for persons with disabilities, and the State must adopt a program to help them board public transport.
