The District authorities shall, within fifteen (15) days after the evaluation submit an evaluation report to the Authority in charge of forests indicating the number of Sectors to be rewarded in every District in consideration of available awards. The Authority in charge of forests shall prepare an evaluation form to be used by District authorities while evaluating Sectors and provide possible technical assistance to District authorities in order to facilitate the evaluation.
