In order for the Government to grant the support stated in Article 2 of this Order, there must be a joint agreement indicating the activity to be carried out, the role of each party, the positive impact on the population and how the activity will be reported. Pour que le Gouvernement accorde l’assistance dont il est l’objet à l'article 2 du présent arrêté, il doit y avoir un accord de partenariat qui indique l'activité à mettre en œuvre, le rôle de chaque partie, l’impact sur la population et les modalités de remise du rapport d’activités.
