Statute overview

About this statute

This article says the Order sets the procedures for changing land use. A change of land use is made to comply with the land master plan or to change use for strategic investment or public interest. A person who wants a land-use change must submit a written request to the land-use institution. The institution may also change land use on its own initiative, after consulting the planning and land ministries before fixing planning defects, and must notify the land owner within 60 days. A request to change land use for compliance with the master plan must include applicant identification, the land title, and a completed application form. A request to change land use for modifying the master plan must include specific documents and information.
