About this statute

This Order sets out how the activities of tutors and centers serving disabled persons are to be regularly monitored. This article defines “Tutor” and “Centres that cater for disabled persons.” A centre may receive disabled persons only if it has legal status granted by a competent authority. An application for authorisation to receive a disabled person must include specified information about the applicant or centre, the centre’s statutes, services, categories of persons to be received, and funding source. Centres for disabled persons must submit an annual activity report and next year’s action plan to district authorities, with a copy to the minister responsible for disabled persons.
