Statute overview

About this statute

This Order sets out how an enterprise is declared, how workers are declared, and how the employer register is kept. Anyone who starts an enterprise must register it with the registration office and other competent authorities. Employers must complete and submit the required initial declaration information about their employees. Enterprises must file an initial declaration listing every employee, then file later declarations on 30 June and 31 December each year; branches must declare separately if there are multiple branches. An employer must notify the labour inspector when an employee leaves the enterprise, within 30 days of the departure.
