Article 3: Fees paid for the operating license Article 3: Frais de licence d’exploitation A tourism entity seeking an operating license or to apply for its modification must pay fees equivalent to eighty thousand Rwandan francs (80,000 Frw); The mode of payment of fees mentioned in Paragraphs One of this Article is determined by the Government organ in charge of tourism.
