“This article says the law regulates the tourism industry.”

This article says the law regulates the tourism industry. This article defines key terms used in the law on tourism licensing and grading. A tourism entity must have an operating license from the Board to operate a tourism business. Operating licenses are grouped into categories A to E, each authorizing the holder to provide specific services, and the Minister may add other categories by order. A tourism entity seeking an operating license must apply to the Board in writing.

A tourism entity must have an operating license from the Board to operate a tourism business.
