This Order sets rules for the organization, operation, licensing, and professional fees of insolvency practitioners. This article defines “Registrar General” as a public service executive responsible for granting legal personality to companies and monitoring their functioning. A person may practise as an insolvency practitioner only if they meet the listed nationality/residence, registration/qualification, or experience requirements; a qualifying foreign licence holder may be exempted. A person who wants to be an insolvency practitioner must apply to the Registrar General, and the Registrar General must publish a standard application form.
