It also establishes the licensing procedure, monitoring and regulation of gaming activities. La présente loi régit les activités de jeux de hasard. Elle détermine également la procédure d‟octroi de licence, de suivi et la réglementation de jeux de hasard.

12° paris sportifs: une activité qui consiste à accepter les paris sur les événements sportifs par tout moyen ou méthode de pari; 13° wager: a sum of money or representative of value that is risked on an occurrence for which the outcome is uncertain; 13° pari: une somme d‟argent ou un titre de valeur qui est mis(e) en risque en cas d‟événement dont le résultat est incertain; 14° fixed-odds bet: a bet on one or more events in which odds are agreed at the time the bet is placed;
