The purpose of this Law is to prevent, suppress and punish the offence of trafficking in persons and exploitation of others. It also provides for the protection of, and assistance to, the victims of trafficking in persons. La présente loi a pour objet de prévenir, éliminer et réprimer l’infraction de traite des personnes et l’exploitation d’autrui.
