The ration must have at least two thousand one hundred (2100) calories composed of cereal, leguminous, water, salt, oil and other vital food for the good health of an incarcerated person. Le Haut Conseil du Service Correctionnel du Rwanda détermine la ration d’une personne incarcérée. Cette ration doit être composée au moins de deux mille cent (2100) calories, composées de céréales, légumineuses, eaux, sel, huile et autres aliments nécessaires pour la bonne santé d’une personne incarcérée. Article 3: Repealing provision Article 3: Disposition abrogatoire Ingingo z’amateka abanziriza iri kandi zinyuranyije na ryo zivanyweho. All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed. Toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires au présent arrêté sont abrogées.
