Ingingo ya 27 y’Itegeko Ngenga n° ryo ku wa 20/04/2016 001/2016/OL rishyiraho amategeko rusange agenga ibigo bya Leta ihinduwe ku buryo bukurikira: 20/04/2016 Article 27 of Organic Law nº 001/2016/OL general of provisions governing public institutions is modified as follows: establishing L’article 27 de la Loi Organique n° 001/2016/OL du 20/04/2016 portant disposition les établissements publics est modifié comme suit: régissant générale “Amategeko yose ashyiraho ibigo bya Leta akurikizwa kugeza ubu agomba kuba yahujwe n’iri Tegeko Ngenga mu gihe kitarenze imyaka ine (4) ibarwa uhereye tariki ya 5 Gicurasi 2016”. “All existing laws establishing public institutions must be in conformity with this Organic Law within a period of four (4) years from 5 May 2016”. “Toutes les lois en vigueur portant création des établissements publics doivent se conformer à la présente loi organique dans un délai ne dépassant pas quatre (4) ans à compter du 5 mai 2016”.
