Ingingo ya 12 y‟Itegeko n°49/2013 ryo ku wa 28/06/2013 rishyiraho Ikigega cy‟imari yo gusana imihanda (RMF) rikanagena inshingano, imiterere n‟imikorere byacyo ihinduwe kandi yujujwe ku buryo bukurikira: Article 12 of Law n° 49/2013 of 28/06/2013 establishing Road Maintenance Fund (RMF) and determining and functioning is modified and complemented as follows: its mission, organization L‟article 12 de la Loi n° 49/2013 du 28/06/2013 portant création du Fonds d‟Entretien Routier (RMF) et déterminant sa mission, son organisation et son fonctionnement est modifié et complété comme suit : «Umutungo wa RMF ugizwe n‟ibintu byimukanwa n‟ibitimukanwa. “The property of RMF shall comprise movables and immovables. « Le patrimoine du RMF comprend les biens meubles et immeubles.
